Faith Hill Hairstyles

One of the loveliest faces in country music, Faith Hill exhibits a fresh authentic style that makes you wish you had a southern thrall. Faith Hill changed her look, from short hair to curly locks and it seems everything she wore was always a winner. Not everyone in Hollywood can go long to short or vice-versa, you must have the perfect shape of face to pull it off. Faith has just that and can shift from one hairstyle to another.

A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Faith Hill began when she was discovered by a songwriter while she was subconsciously singing with the radio. Her debut single, “Wild One” (1994) hit the Billboard charts, and her life took on a different path. After a couple of years, Hill fell in love and tied the knot with McGraw in 1996. It was after their collaboration in the Spontaneous Combustion tour that captured the pair. After her first CMA award with “It’s your Love,” (1997) her other songs landed several times on #1 in the charts. Well, the rest is country music history.

Hill’s hairstyle started out with the classic curly locks as seen on the cover of her first album “Take Me as I Am” (1993). Her curly locks progressed to straightening the with angled curls on the bottom. To achieve a drastic change from curly to straight, requires a face that will suit any hairstyle. Faith’s face had a distinct oval shape that will easily adjust on any hairstyle. She took on a big risk when she changed hair color from a redhead to blonde. It doesn’t really matter, when her songs keep on hitting number one. Her fans accepted the changed just the same.

Hill also went on to shortening her locks to a more sophisticated bob look. The short bob was very popular during the late 1990’s. Everyone was wearing it, so Hill thought, why not? Her blonde short hair complimented the contours of her jaw line. She never looked more perfect as ever. To get this look, have your hair cut small with a razor or scissors on all directions. Just apply gel when blow drying or styling crème when hair is dry.

After a couple of years, Hill made another change in hairstyle with a long layered hairstyle. This hairstyle highlighted a silky effect on her hair and brought out the blonde color that made it stand out even more. Irregular wisps come tilted out on the bottom. Heavy gel is needed to imitate this style and glossing crème must be applied when dry.

Hill’s blonde image soon took its toll when she decided to darken her tips. She went back to an auburn color with highlights and lazy spirals on the bottom. The hair is not only glamorous but exuded a smarter look. All you need is some auburn coloring dye and a spiral curling iron if you want to get this hairstyle.

From short to long and blonde to brunette, Faith Hill has changed drastically from one hair style to another. With proper tools and the right hairsetters you too can have the power to make that sudden make-over.
